How it works

This program is not like any other. You will develop your leadership abilities from two approaches:

On the level of the conscious mind, you will build knowledge, skills and strategies to help you lead with confidence
On the level of the subconscious mind and the soul, you will enter a flow state where you can grow your self-understanding, heal the wounds that are holding you back and connect more deeply with your inner leader.

Eight Live Online Workshops

Each workshop will mix theory with the practical. You will grow your skills over the hour we are together online.

Each workshop contains a shamanic meditative process for healing, clearing, empowering and/or expanding.

Recordings
& Audios

Each workshop will be recorded and will have lifetime access to the recordings.

The meditative process will be recorded as a high-quality audio file and will be available for you to download.

Ongoing
Support

Throughout the year, and for as long as the program runs live rounds, you will have access to a FB group.

You can access the group 24/7 to get support, share your journey, and celebrate your wins.

This session is all about building your ability to stand strong even when things are challenging around you. You will build your own resilience tool kit.

Appreciation and Positivity Boost

Appreciation and positivity is a powerful tool for making things happen. In this session, you will boost your access to an optimist mindset and discover ways to lift the vibes in your team and for the people you serve'

By the end of this session, you will be thinking 'my life is amazing.'

Communication With Grace

As the powerful leader that you are, communicating is key. In this session, you will grow your communication toolkit and clear out all the limiting beliefs that are stopping you from speaking up.

By the end of this session, you will be thinking 'I have a powerful voice.'

For the Greater Good

Let's zoom out and look out how you are connecting with the larger world. Get inspired about the good that you are creating and wish to create.
