Part 3

This week we are going to working of firming up your boundaries and opening to connection. Watch this 3 minute video for this week's task and see the summary below.

Task this week

Every time you feel annoyed, frustrated, disgruntled, irritated, agitated, angry or even irate, pick up your stone and ask yourself these 3 questions: 

  • What boundary has been crossed?
  • What happened to that boundary? (not communicated, not listened to? etc.)?
  • How can you put a new boundary in place?

Each time that you feel disconnected, pick up your feather, and ask these 4 questions:

  • Where have I lost connection?
  • Where do I want to be more connected?
  • How did that disconnection happen?
  • What is one small step to reconnect?
